Choose a 45 minute walking track, you can use online maps for this. Then don't walk it, run it, in 30 minutes.
Step it up:
- Next time: repeat the route but try and complete it in a faster time.
- Plot a longer route.
Always remember to ‘slip, slop, slap’ to protect from the sun and UV rays when exercising outdoors.
