Program Guidelines

The Move It Aus - Better Ageing Grants Program Guidelines set out the funding requirements for the Better Ageing Grant Program (the Program).

The Australian Sports Commission (ASC), referred to in these guidelines as ‘Sport Australia’, is responsible for administering the Program.

Eligibility

Refer to Section 5 of the Move It Aus - Better Ageing Grants Program Guidelines to ensure that your organisation and project is eligible.

Selection Criteria

Refer to Section 6 of the Move It Aus - Better Ageing Grants Program Guidelines to ensure that you understand the selection criteria which applications will be assessed against.

Notification

All applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of their grant application.

Successful applicants must enter into a funding agreement with Sport Australia. The type of funding agreement will depend on the size and complexity of your project.

You will have 30 days from the date of a written offer to execute a funding agreement with Sport Australia (‘execute’ means both you and the Sport Australia have signed the agreement). The offer may lapse if both parties do not execute the grant agreement within this time. In certain circumstances, we may extend this period.
