Sport Partnerships

Robin O’Neill

Robin is a Masters qualified, senior management sports professional with over 17 years’ experience building strong businesses coupled with political and financial acumen.

Robin has most recently held the position of Head of Government Relations for Tennis Australia and has been a key architect of Tennis Australia’s success over the past five years. He has also held the positions of Australian Tennis Foundation, Executive Director and General Manager, Community Tennis. He began his career in education and sports administration focusing on community projects and sport development.

He has a strong track record in Participation strategy development with one of his key projects being the Tennis Australia’s ‘Hot Shots’ program which was a benchmark in the industry.

Over the past five years, Robin was integral in the strategic leadership role provided in Tennis Australia’s Government Relations, notably successful budget commitments to the Melbourne Park redevelopment masterplan and major facility/event projects across Federal/State Government and state bodies.

Community Sport Infrastructure

Director: Sue McGill

We partner with government and industry to create community sport infrastructure as the hub of active communities.

In doing this we look at the data, planning, design, building, funding and operation of community sport infrastructure.

We are the ‘front door’ where leaders and organisations can partner with us to resolve strategic sectoral issues.

We bring people and organisations together to collaborate and identify partnerships for the benefit of sport, to improve the economic value of the sporting system, and provide new revenue opportunities.
