Baseball Australia introduces students to baseball through two Sporting Schools programs.

Baseball5 is a new fast-paced, urban version, of the game requiring no dedicated infrastructure and only requiring a ball. Aussie T-Ball is a modified version of baseball designed to introduce students of all abilities to the game.

Both programs teach the four fundamental skills of baseball - throwing, catching, running and striking - in a safe, fun, non-contact environment. The modified versions of the game ensure students have greater game involvement that builds social, mental and physical development.

Baseball Australia announces a great new program update for Term 3 Sporting Schools.

Come and enjoy the same amazing game offerings from Baseball Australia with Baseball5 or Aussie T-Ball in the new 4 session format.

Same great game, awesome new format.

Baseball5 is a new faster, urban version of the game of Baseball. Only requiring a ball to play, Baseball5 allows students to explore the four fundamental skills of throwing, catching, running and striking in an easy to learn environment. Utilising the game sense approach, each session will teach a skill through mini games and play a Baseball5 game. Requiring no dedicated venue or infrastructure, Baseball5 can be played everywhere within your school and is accessible to all.

Baseball5 is offered to primary and secondary schools.
