Program objectives
- Positively impact women of all backgrounds and experiences by raising organisation standards
- Help sporting organisations create inclusive cultures, remove any unconscious bias and achieve gender equity
- Support women who are ready to transition into senior roles in sport.
Addressing gender equity within organisations will not happen accidentally and like any other business issue, a strategic and systematic approach is required. This program will help to gather and utilise relevant and compelling data for organisations to substantiate the business case for building and retaining diverse teams, offering more inclusive policies and benefits, and internally holding themselves accountable to progressive change.
The program will help organisations and their workforce to:
- ‘know better’ through a gender equity audit
- ‘do better’ with support, expert advice, and tools
- ‘expect better’ from their organisation.
The program will include:
Assessment across ten diversity standards developed by industry experts and informed by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Organisations receive a tailored report on what the organisation is doing well and areas for improvement, along with an action plan and resources to help implement.
This workshop will provide you and your teams with the skillset and knowledge needed to achieve diversity hiring objectives.
Six hours with an Account Manager to support your organisation with its strategy and action plans to make progress towards an inclusive and equitable workplace.
